I know some of you, me included, neither receive nor purchase the Sunday paper. So, I got my hands on a scan of Best Buy's sales ad going out in Sundays paper. Click [here] to view a .pdf version of the scans. Sale is from 2/20 until 2/26. Below is a breakdown of the deals they have this week.
Headline Deal:
-160 GB PS3 w/ Killzone 3 - 299.99
Here are my top 3 picks from the sale:
**Buy Bulletstorm Epic Edition [360] and get the complete Gears of War series (includes 1,2, and the all fronts DLC pack)
**Free uDraw game [Wii] when you buy the uDraw tablet. Pick between Pictionary or Dood's Big Adventure**
**Kingdom Hearts: Recoded [DS] 19.99**
All the other game sales:
-007 Blood Stone 24.99 [PS3|360] or 14.99 [PC]
-NBA 2k11 - 29.99
-Just Dance 2 - 29.99
-Assassin's Creed Brotherhood - 34.99
-Michael Jackson: The Experience - 34.99
-Star Wars Force Unleashed 2 - 34.99
-Halo Reach - 39.99
-Fable 3 - 39.99
-Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - 39.99
-Dead Space 2 - 49.99
So, what do you all think of what I am going to call "The Best Buy Tax Return Extravaganza"? I think they could have at least gave a better deal for Modern Warfare 2. In my opinion, it should already be in the 24.99 - 34.99 price range. You can get it online for even cheaper -> Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 : $18 - $29. Hope you guys enjoy this post.
looks like i'm buying Just Dance 2 this weekend

ReplyDeleteThese are reasonable, but bricks and mortar will never fully match the power of online stores.

ReplyDeleteAre these prices in U$D or in Euro's?
ReplyDeleteThats a good price for 2k11
